Unlimited Pilates $299 every month • 26 visits per Month • Enjoy all the Pilates mat or equipment based classes you'd like! This plan is perfect for those looking to get one class in each day as part of a movement regimen to stay strong and limber.
Pilates- props & tower- This class will feature Pilates essential & intermediate matwork and cadillac exercises. To accompany the workout, props including balls, bands, fitness circles, or tower apparatus may be used! The tower includes springs, roll down bar, push through bar and more. You won't be disappointed in this full body strength and mobility workout. *Previous experience, Private sessions, or Orientation must be completed before attending this class.
