Regardless your age or gender, Big Blue Strength constantly challenges the exercises performed, equipment used, and the length of the workouts. Because of this variance, our workouts are never boring and always challenging. Our program is designed using principles of weightlifting, powerlifting, and general strength.
Approval of staff after orientation and/or private training is required to enroll in a strength class.

Pilates Reservation will secure a spot in a semi private session featuring a variety of Pilates matwork and equipment exercises to give a full body strength workout.

This class features essential reformer with some intermediate Pilates exercises to the mix of a group reformer class. It is appropriate for students who possess a clear understanding and ability of the Pilates principles, in addition to strength, endurance, coordination necessary to be successful in the workout.

A strength and conditioning camp focused on technique and safety in the weight room. We teach a general dynamic warm up, specific warm ups, mobility, and stretching. Progressions are made when skills are met. For athletes committing to more than a week, their strength and conditioning program will progress them as we see fit. A focus on nutrition and recovery will also be addressed.
Workouts are MWF, 90min each session.
