Because of this variance, our workouts are never boring and always challenging. Our program is designed using principles of weightlifting, powerlifting, and general strength.

Pilates Combo- This class will feature a variety of Pilates matwork and equipment exercises to give a full body strength workout. To accompany the workout, props including balls, bands, fitness circles, or tower apparatus may be used! *Previous experience, Private sessions, or Orientation must be completed before attending this class.

This class features essential reformer with some intermediate Pilates exercises to the mix of a group reformer class. It is appropriate for students who possess a clear understanding and ability of the Pilates principles, in addition to strength, endurance, coordination necessary to be successful in the workout.

*Please note that our instructors reserve the right to suggest you continue with the Essential level if they feel that more appropriate.
