Pilates Reservation will secure a spot in a semi private session featuring a variety of Pilates matwork and equipment exercises to give a full body strength workout.

*Previous experience, Private sessions, or Orientation must be completed before attending.

This class features essential reformer with some intermediate Pilates exercises to the mix of a group reformer class. It is appropriate for students who possess a clear understanding and ability of the Pilates principles, in addition to strength, endurance, coordination necessary to be successful in the workout.

*Please note that our instructors reserve the right to suggest you continue with the Essential level if they feel that more appropriate.

A strength and conditioning camp focused on technique and safety in the weight room. We teach a general dynamic warm up, specific warm ups, mobility, and stretching. Progressions are made when skills are met. For athletes committing to more than a week, their strength and conditioning program will progress them as we see fit. A focus on nutrition and recovery will also be addressed.

Workouts are M-F, 90min each session.
